What is Providence Policy?
Providence Policy was founded by Keith MacLean after he took early retirement in 2014.
The name was chosen for two reasons – the organisation is based at New Providence Wharf in London and secondly, ‘providence’ represents the concepts of foresight, prudent management, and care in the treatment of resources and affairs, all of which are important to Keith and his approach to business.
The main purpose of the business is to provide:
– Independent advice on energy and climate change
– Assistance with shaping and influencing policy outcomes
– Facilitation of the policy development process
– Informed commentary on related policy areas
